We are out in Vikas Puri, which is in West Delhi. The address is DG-1/57-B, and the pin code is 110018. It’s a residential block that has some commercial activities going on. Our office is a simple place. We don't have a big lobby or a security guard at the front. It’s just a door you walk through to find us working at our desks. Vikas Puri is a nice enough place, but the parking can be a real headache if you come at the wrong time. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, focusing on our trade and exim activities. We are a small group of people who have known each other for a while. We don't use big words or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just look at what needs to be shipped or received and we get to it. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the news. The office feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of samples arriving, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address. We like being in West Delhi because it feels more real than some of those high-rise office parks. We deal with the daily grind just like everyone else. If the printer breaks, one of us fixes it. Joss Trade & Exim Llp is a very hands-on way of doing things, and it keeps us all quite busy.
