You can find us at House Number 122 in Om Vihar, Phase 1, which is part of the Uttam Nagar area. A good landmark is Metro Pillar Number 703 on the main road. If you walk in from there, we are near Chhabra Chemist. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood with narrowish streets and houses built close together. The clinic is part of the house, so it has a very local, homey feel to it. We aren't a big fancy medical center with shiny glass walls. It’s just a place where the neighborhood comes when they aren't feeling well. We've got a small waiting area and the consultation room where the doctor sits. Most of our patients live within walking distance. We know many of them by name because they’ve been coming here for years. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the bikes passing by outside, but inside we try to keep things organized. We open up early because people like to visit before they head to the metro for work. It's simple and straightforward here. We don't spend money on big ads; people just hear about us from their neighbors. We keep the medicine cabinet stocked and the chairs clean. It’s just how a small local clinic should be, nothing more and nothing less. Being near the metro pillar makes it easy to explain the location to anyone coming from further away.
