Our office is over in Dwarka More, specifically at number 14 on Gali No. 8. If you know the area, you probably know the juice corner nearby; it’s a bit of a landmark for us when we’re giving directions. Working in this part of Delhi means there’s always something happening outside the window. We’re mostly focused on helping folks find a way to earn a living. People come in looking for all sorts of work, and we spend the day looking through lists and making phone calls. It’s a bit of a small space, but we keep it organized enough to get things done. We aren’t one of those massive tech companies with thousands of employees. It’s just us here, trying to match the right person with the right job without making it too complicated. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big company says they need people right away. We use the computers a lot, but a lot of the work is just talking to people and hearing what they need. The neighborhood is crowded and the street can be narrow, but it’s home for the business. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. It’s simple work, really, just connecting people and hoping it works out for both sides. We’ve been here for a bit and we know most of the shopkeepers around Gali No. 8 now.
