Our office is on the first floor, numbers 9 and 10, in Sukhi Ram Park. It is right in the middle of Uttam Nagar, which is one of the busiest spots in New Delhi. If you walk up the stairs, you will find us amidst a lot of desks and filing cabinets. We do a lot of international trade work from here, which sounds bigger than it actually feels when you are sitting in the office. Most of the time, we are just on the phone or sending emails to people in different time zones. The street level is always loud with people shouting and horns honking, but it gets a little quieter once you are inside. We have a lot of folders piled up on the shelves, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what we are looking for. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. People just walk in and we say hello. We have been in Uttam Nagar for a bit now and we like being near the metro station because it makes the commute easier for everyone. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy managing the day-to-day stuff to worry about that. It is a very down-to-earth place where we just focus on moving goods across borders.
