Jai Maa Durga Clinic

Our clinic is located at RZ B209 in Nihal Vihar, which is part of the Nangloi area. It’s a small space, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. There’s a desk for the doctor and some chairs for patients to wait. Nihal Vihar is a crowded place with lots of narrow lanes and people moving about constantly. We see all kinds of people every day, mostly locals who live just a few streets away. They come in with coughs, fevers, or just to get their blood pressure checked. The fan hums in the background, and we usually have the door open to let some air in. It’s not the quietest spot because of the kids playing outside and the bikes going past. We keep a record of everyone in big folders on the shelf. It’s a simple setup. No one here is wearing expensive suits or using big corporate words. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if there is a line of people waiting. We’ve been here long enough that people know our faces. We don’t do much advertising; word of mouth is usually how people find us. It’s a busy little clinic in a busy part of town, and we just take things one day at a time. We don't have any big secrets, just a place for people to come when they feel a bit under the weather.
