Jaagrat Foundation

Jaagrat Foundation is actually located in a shop. We are at Shop No-2, on the ground floor of Plot No.35 in the Bhagwati Garden Extension. You’ll find us right on Jain Road in Uttam Nagar. Being on the ground floor is great because people can just walk right in off the street without having to look for an elevator. We like it that way. It keeps us connected to what’s happening right outside. We aren't a big, polished foundation. We are just a small group of people who wanted to make a difference in Uttam Nagar. The shop isn't very large, so things can get a bit tight when we have a lot of visitors or deliveries, but we make it work. We use every bit of space we have. There’s no fancy marketing or big slogans here. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of our furniture is stuff we brought from home or found cheap. It doesn't look like a corporate headquarters, and we are fine with that. We’d rather spend our time and resources on the work itself. Living and working around Jain Road means we know the people here and they know us. We are just trying to be a helpful part of the community. It’s simple, honest work, and we are glad to be doing it from our little spot in Bhagwati Garden. It might get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but that is just part of being on Jain Road.
