Ion Exchange Infrastructure Ltd

If you’re ever around Uttam Nagar in New Delhi, we’re over in Nand Ram Park at Rz-A-176. That’s where Ion Exchange Infrastructure Ltd is based. It’s a pretty standard Delhi setup, nothing too crazy or high-end. We spend most of our time dealing with water infrastructure stuff, which is basically what we’ve been doing for years. The office is where we do all the planning and handle the calls that come in from all over. It’s a bit of a crowded area, but that’s just how this part of the city is. We’re just regular folks working a job. We don’t have any polished marketing slogans to give you. We just try to be honest about what we can do and then we go out and do it. Most of our days are spent checking on projects or making sure the right parts are ordered for a repair. Sometimes it feels like there’s never enough time in the day, especially with the Delhi heat, but we get through it. We like being in Uttam Nagar because it feels like a real place with real people. Our focus is just on the work itself and making sure we don't mess things up for the clients. It’s a simple way to operate, and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved. We’re usually here from morning until late, just keeping things moving and answering the door when someone knocks.
