You can find us at Archana Apartment, specifically GH 28, in Paschim Vihar. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets in Delhi. We’ve been running International Travel House Ltd from here for a while. It’s not your typical travel agency with posters of beaches all over the walls. It’s more of a home-grown setup where we focus on getting people where they need to go. We deal with flights, hotels, and all the usual travel stuff. It can get pretty stressful when someone's flight is canceled in the middle of the night, but we’re used to it. The office is basically one big room filled with computers and a lot of maps. My cousin helps me with the bookings, and we have a couple of guys who handle the ground work. Paschim Vihar is a nice neighborhood, and being in an apartment complex means we know our neighbors. We don't spend money on big ads. Most people come to us because their friends told them we’re okay to deal with. We try to be helpful without being pushy. If a trip doesn't make sense, we'll tell you. We've had some long days here, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go away at once. The tea kettle is always on, and there’s usually a stack of brochures that nobody has looked at in months. We just keep plugging away, making sure the tickets are right and the dates are correct.
