You can find us in Rajouri Garden, specifically at J-114. We are on the ground floor, but we occupy the back portion of the building. It is a quiet little corner away from the main street noise. We have been operating from this West Delhi location for a good while. The office is pretty simple with just the basic stuff we need to run things. We focus on properties in and around Rajouri and the neighboring blocks. It is a residential area mostly, so things are usually calm. We spend our mornings going through local property records and our afternoons meeting people who live nearby. We don't have a big corporate feel at all. It’s more like a local shop where people stop by for a chat about house prices. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped in the back portion when we have visitors, but we make it work. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we have stayed right here. We handle the buying and selling of homes and some commercial spots too. It is just everyday work for us. Nothing too complicated or fancy. We just keep things moving and try to help people out with their real estate needs in this part of town. Sometimes we share tea with the neighbors while discussing the latest news. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere most of the time.
