Icici Lombard

Our New Delhi office for Icici Lombard is in Bhera Enclave. We are on the first floor, unit 308, in Paschim Vihar. The pin code is 110087. Paschim Vihar is a solid residential and commercial mix. Being on the first floor is good because we don't have to wait for the elevator all the time. The office is one big room mostly, with some partitions that don't really block out the sound of people talking. We have a few fans that hum constantly in the summer. It’s a very typical Delhi office space. There’s a lot of dust that comes in from the street, so we are always wiping down our keyboards. We have a small table in the back where we keep the lunch boxes. The food smells usually fill the office around 1 PM. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere here. We don't wear ties or anything like that. We just focus on getting the insurance claims and papers sorted. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all complain about it together. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s business. We aren't a big flashy branch, just a local spot in Bhera Enclave where we get things done. People come in, ask their questions, and we give them the answers as best as we can. It’s honest work and we keep it moving day by day.
