We are over in the Ansal Majestic Tower, specifically in 602-B, which is part of the Pvr Complex in Vikas Puri. It is a busy area, especially with the cinema right there, but we stay focused on the work inside the office. We deal with Hydraform machines, which are basically for making bricks and building things. It is interesting work because you see these machines go out and actually create homes and buildings. Our office is a bit small for the amount of work we do, so it often feels a little cramped with all the catalogs and technical manuals lying around. We aren't corporate types who wear suits every day; we are more likely to be found in casual clothes talking about soil types or machine parts. We have been in Vikas Puri for a while now and we like the neighborhood. Sometimes we have clients come in to talk about their construction projects, and we just sit down and figure out what they need. There is no sales pitch, just practical advice based on what we know about the equipment. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to conquer the market; we just want to make sure the machines we provide are doing what they are supposed to do. Every day brings a new challenge, whether it’s a shipping delay or a technical question, but we just take it as it comes. We’ve been here long enough that most of the local sellers know us, and we like that.
