You can find Hy-Tech Security Services over at Rajouri Garden. We have an office, number 215, located in the J9/36 building. It’s a fairly busy area with a lot of shops and people around. Working in security means we spend a lot of time on the phone or managing staff schedules. The office is mostly just a place for us to coordinate everything. We have a few desks and a lot of logbooks lying around. It isn't a flashy place, just a functional space where we can meet and talk. Rajouri Garden is a good spot for us because it’s central for many of the guards and clients we work with. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic in the office when there’s a shift change or something urgent comes up. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s usually just a few of us handling the daily operations. We've had our share of long nights and early mornings. Running a security service is mostly about staying organized and making sure people show up where they are supposed to. We don't use a lot of fancy technology unless we really have to. Most of the work is just good old-fashioned planning and talking to people. If you drop by J9/36, you’ll see we are just a regular local business trying to do a solid job for the neighborhood. It’s been a long journey but we’re still going strong.
