You can find us at O-37, Lane No. 22 in New Mahavir Nagar. This part of New Delhi 110018 is quite crowded, and the lanes are narrow. We have a small office here that stays pretty busy through the week. There is always the sound of scooters and vendors outside in the lane. We spend our time working on infrastructure plans at H.R.Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and making sure all the paperwork is in order. It’s a lot of coordination with different people. The office itself is simple, just some desks and a very old ceiling fan that squeaks a bit. We keep the files organized in big metal cupboards. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away at the computers. It’s a tight-knit group here. We’ve known each other for a long time, so we don’t need much formalities. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a typical Delhi office in a local neighborhood. We don’t have a big fancy sign, just the address on the door. It feels more like a home than a corporate office sometimes because we’ve been here so long. We just focus on the projects and try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible in the city, despite the constant rush and the small workspace.
