Our office is on the first floor of Plot No. 64 in Om Vihar, Phase 3. That is over in the Uttam Nagar area of Delhi. We are a small team that looks after food products and exports. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a break from the street level, which is always incredibly crowded in Uttam Nagar. It is a very busy neighborhood. We spend most of our time coordinating with suppliers and checking on the status of our food shipments. We don't have a giant warehouse or a big corporate headquarters. It’s just our modest office where we get the paperwork and planning done. The space is a bit cramped sometimes because we have samples and files everywhere. We don't bother with marketing talk or big promises. We just source the food items and make sure they get exported to where they are needed. It is a straightforward business. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time on the phone. Sometimes the deliveries are late or there is some issue with the transport, but we just work through it. We aren't trying to change the world. We are just running a small food export business and trying to do a decent job of it every day. It’s a real, local operation with no extra frills or fancy stuff.
