Home On Palm Private Limited is based in Uttam Nagar Part-2. We are located at Plot Number 37 on the Upper Ground Floor in Jain Colony. It is right near Sholanki Road. If you know Uttam Nagar, you know it is always very crowded and the lanes can get quite narrow and busy. Our office is a simple, no-frills space on the right side of the floor. We deal with homes and various property matters. We aren't a large corporate team with lots of layers. It is just a few of us working together here. We spend a lot of our time helping local people find a place to stay or helping them sell their old houses. The area around Sholanki Road is always buzzing with people and traffic. We have quite a few files piled up because there is always some paperwork that needs to be finished. We don't use any polished marketing materials or brochures. We just talk to people in plain English. Sometimes the power goes out in the middle of the day and we just sit and talk until the lights come back on. That is just part of living and working in this area. We know the local property market quite well because we have been based here for a long time. We don't try to sound like experts who know everything. We just try to help out with property.
