Hindustan Prefab Ltd ( P.S.U. )

We are over at A-117 in Shankar Garden, New Delhi. The pin code here is 110018. We go by the name Hindustan Prefab Ltd (P.S.U.). Shankar Garden is a decent area and we have been at this address for a long time. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have. We aren't trying to be fancy or look like one of those glass-tower offices you see in Gurgaon. We are just a public sector unit doing our job from a regular building in West Delhi. The office has everything we need to keep things running. There are some old chairs and a lot of paper everywhere because that’s just how it is with us. People come by A-117 when they need to talk to someone from Hindustan Prefab Ltd. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish up our image. What you see is what you get. We answer the phones and we look after the files. Some days are busier than others, especially when there are new projects coming in. But mostly, it is just a steady routine of work. We know our neighbors and the local tea stall where we get our morning break. It’s a very normal way to spend a workday. We just focus on the practical side of things and don't worry about much else. The sun hits the front windows in the afternoon and makes it a bit warm, but we like it.
