Help Humanity Friends Foundation

You can find us at C-68A in Mansa Ram Park, which is part of the Uttam Nagar area. It’s a crowded part of town, but that is exactly why we like being here. The Help Humanity Friends Foundation started out as just a group of us who knew each other and wanted to do something decent for the community. Our space isn't very large, but we make it work. We have a couple of computers that are a bit slow and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. Every morning, one of us opens up the shutters and starts the day by cleaning the front area. Uttam Nagar is famous for its narrow lanes and the constant sound of rickshaws, so it’s never really quiet around here. We don’t mind the noise though. It makes us feel like we are right in the middle of everything. We spend a lot of time talking to the families who live nearby. Sometimes they just need a bit of guidance or someone to help them fill out a form. We don’t have a big budget for fancy things, so we just focus on the task at hand. It is a very hands-on kind of environment. We usually stay late most evenings because there is always one more thing to finish up. That is just how life goes at our foundation in Mansa Ram Park. It is simple and keeps us quite busy.
