If you know Kirti Nagar, you probably know where Punjab Sweets is. We are right near there at I-96, in the thick of the Main Market. Harpal Dawakhana has been part of this market for quite some time. It’s always noisy outside with people shopping and rickshaws passing by. That’s just life in Delhi 110015. We aren't a big corporate clinic. Our space is simple and we keep things traditional. People come in looking for remedies they’ve used for years. We talk to them, figure out what’s wrong, and give them what they need. It’s very direct. The market gets really packed on weekends, so sometimes getting to our door is a bit of a squeeze. We don't have a big reception team or shiny brochures. Just some shelves, a counter, and people who know about medicine. We like being in Kirti Nagar because the community is tight. You see the same faces every week. It feels good to be a familiar spot for the locals. Sometimes we run out of space for everyone to sit, but nobody seems to mind too much. We just focus on the people who walk in and try to give them some relief. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it a long time now.
