Our office is in Paschim Puri, inside Flat Number 575 on the third floor. It’s in Pocket-2. Since we are on the third floor, we get plenty of exercise every day because there isn't an elevator in this block. Carrying heavy files or small packages up and down those stairs can be a real chore, especially in the Delhi heat. The flat itself is quite small, so we’ve turned the main living area into the workspace. We’ve got desks lined up against the walls and some storage racks in the bedrooms. It feels more like a home than an office, which some of us prefer. The balcony gives us a view of the park in the middle of the pocket, and sometimes we take a break out there. We have a small kitchen where we make our own coffee and tea during the day. It’s usually quiet here, apart from the occasional ice cream vendor ringing his bell outside or neighbors talking in the stairwell. We spend a lot of time on the computer, managing all the export details and responding to queries. It’s a very local, residential vibe. We have to keep our voices down sometimes so we don’t bother the families living next door. It’s just a handful of us working here, trying to stay on top of the paperwork and keeping the business running smoothly.
