It’s a pretty typical New Delhi neighborhood with a mix of houses and small businesses. We handle the H & R Johnson (India) Ltd. work from this spot, focusing on tiles and home materials. The office is usually a bit messy with paperwork and different tile samples laying around on the desks. We aren't a big, shiny showroom, just a place where the actual work happens. People come in to ask about different patterns or to check when their order might be ready. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer to keep things moving. The first-floor location is convenient for people dropping by. It’s a busy atmosphere but we like it that way. We talk to contractors and families who are building or fixing their homes. We’ve been here for a while and know the area well. It’s just a straightforward office where we try to help people get the tiles they need without making it complicated. No big speeches, just steady work day in and day out to keep the supplies flowing. The Bhera Enclave is easy to get to once you know the turns. We have a few posters of different tile designs on the walls, mostly just to cover up the marks on the paint. It’s a lived-in office that feels comfortable for the staff. We usually have a radio playing low.
