Our office is tucked away at P 49 in Raghubir Nagar, New Delhi 110027. It is a busy, crowded neighborhood like most parts of the city. We have been doing construction work from this location for quite some time. If you come by, you’ll probably see bags of cement or some tools laying around the entrance. Construction is a messy business, and our office reflects that sometimes. We are usually out on site more than we are sitting behind the desks here. There is always someone coming in to talk about a new project or laborers looking for their schedules. The walls are covered with old charts and some dusty maps of the local areas. Delhi heat can be brutal when you are out on a building site, so we do a lot of the planning in the early mornings before it gets too bad. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a solid crew that knows how to put things together. Every day is a bit different; one day we are dealing with supplier delays and the next we are finishing up a wall. It is hard work, and we don’t really have time for anything polished. We get the jobs done and move on to the next one. That is how we have always operated here in Raghubir Nagar. It is not always easy, but we keep the wheels turning day after day.
