We are over at Site-3/200 in Vikas Puri, right in the heart of New Delhi. Running G.Tech Splicing Pvt.Ltd from here means we are always in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The traffic around Vikas Puri is something else, but we’ve learned to work around it. Our space is pretty functional—lots of workbenches, testing equipment, and boxes of supplies waiting to be used. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that because most of our work happens on the cables themselves. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing on small details, which can be tiring on the eyes after a few hours. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. The team here has been together for a while, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We just get the work orders, grab our gear, and get to it. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch, but that’s just how it goes in this business. It’s a bit dusty and crowded in the office, but it feels like home to us. We just try to be honest about what we can do and get it done without any extra drama. Delhi is a tough city, but we like our spot here and the work we do.
