Gradient Medical Technologies Private Limited is right on the ground floor at D-1/22 in Rajouri Garden. It’s a handy location since people don't have to look for an elevator or climb any stairs to find us. We work with medical technologies, so there is usually some kind of machine or equipment sitting in the middle of the room. It’s not the most organized looking office, but we know where every wire and tool is located. Rajouri Garden is a very busy area, so there’s always noise from the street and people walking past our window. We don't mind it much. We aren't a giant tech firm with a glass building. We are just a small outfit that knows how to handle these specific medical devices. Sometimes the shop next door plays music a bit too loud, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We spend a lot of time testing things and making sure they work like they are supposed to. Our team is small, just a few people who have been doing this for years. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. We prefer it this way because it’s simple and we can focus on the technical side of things without any distractions. It gets a bit hectic during the festival season when the roads are blocked, but we manage.
