Over in New Delhi, specifically at Uttam Nagar, you’ll find our branch of Gpt Infraprojects.Ltd. We are set up at C/O Sanjeev Sarkar Rz-47-A-1, on the second floor. It’s right in the middle of Sukar Bazar in South Extension Part I. It’s a very active area, always something going on outside the windows. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are looking at computer screens or paper maps. The Delhi office handles a lot of the coordination for our work in this region. It’s a bit different from our Bengal roots, but the work is the same. Infrastructure is about building things that last. We aren’t big on fancy titles or corporate speak here. Everyone just chips in where they can. The office space is tight, but we make it work. It’s usually filled with the sound of someone on the phone or the hum of the air conditioner trying its best. Dealing with the Delhi heat and the pace of the city is just part of the daily routine. We don't promise the world, we just try to get the jobs done on time. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with sites and suppliers. Sanjeev and the rest of the crew here keep things running as smoothly as possible, though construction always has its surprises. It’s just a regular office for regular people working hard.
