We’ve been set up at House No.100 in Ramesh Nagar for a while now. Our office is tucked away on the third floor of Block-A in Shardapuri. It is pretty easy to find if you know where Tara Chand Sweets is, as we are just a short walk from there in West Delhi. Gopalih Dhanadeepa Propcon Private Limited is really just a handful of us working together. Most of our days are spent going through files or heading out to look at different sites around the city. It gets pretty noisy outside because the neighborhood is always so active, but we don't mind it much. We handle property and construction matters without any big fancy setup. Our office doesn't have a plush lobby or anything like that. It is mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of documents that need sorting. People usually give us a call before they drop by so we can make sure someone is actually there to meet them. Ramesh Nagar is a place where everyone seems to know everyone else, and we like being part of that. The stairs up to the third floor are a bit steep, but they keep us on our toes. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones trying to get things coordinated. Property work involves a lot of waiting around for approvals and talking to different people. We just try to keep things simple and do our jobs without any fuss.
