Global Skills Foundation

We operate out of Rajouri Garden, which is a pretty lively part of West Delhi. Our address is WZ-106/71, and we are on the upper ground floor. It’s a good location because the metro is close by and there are always people moving around. Global Skills Foundation is basically about helping people learn things that will help them get jobs. We have a few rooms set up for training. It’s not a polished corporate center. The walls are a bit plain, and the chairs are the standard plastic ones you see everywhere. But it works for us. We spend our days coordinating classes and talking to people who want to improve their skills. Sometimes the office gets crowded when a new batch starts, and things can get a bit loud with everyone talking at once. We don't mind. It feels like something is actually happening. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where we end up chatting about our day. We don't use big words or pretend to be more than we are. We’re just a foundation trying to do some good in Rajouri Garden. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes the air conditioner struggles with the Delhi heat, but we keep at it. It’s a grounded, local place where anyone can feel comfortable coming in for help. We’re just regular folks doing our part in this busy neighborhood every day.
