Global Estate Management Studio

Global Estate Management Studio is based at B-1/597A in Janakpuri, New Delhi. We are located in one of those busy residential blocks where there is always someone walking their dog or a delivery bike zooming past. The studio is more of an office space where we handle all the details of managing estates. There are usually stacks of keys on the hooks and folders for different properties piled up on the main table. Janakpuri is quite large, so we spend a fair bit of time driving around to different spots. The office itself is a bit small for all the stuff we have, but we make it work. We have a couple of computers that are a few years old and a printer that occasionally jams when we are in a hurry. It isn't a flashy place with glass walls or anything like that. It feels more like a lived-in room where people actually work hard. We get a lot of phone calls from tenants and owners, so the phone is almost always ringing. Sometimes we have to stay a bit late to finish up the paperwork, especially at the end of the month. It can be a lot of juggling different tasks at once. We just focus on getting the lists checked off. It is a very local operation and we know the neighborhood blocks pretty well. It's just a bunch of us working out of this Janakpuri office.
