Glamour Exports

Our place is at C-2D/8A in Janakpuri, and it’s a fairly quiet residential block compared to the main markets. Glamour Exports operates out of a space that feels more like a home than an office. We have a few rooms set up with computer stations and a large table in the middle for inspecting the goods before they go into boxes. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving furniture around, and the floor is just plain tiles. We usually start the day by going through the emails that came in overnight. There’s a small garden area outside where some of us sit during the lunch break to get some sun. We aren't big on fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. Everyone here helps out with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or hauling a heavy bag to the van. The Janakpuri lanes can be a bit confusing for new delivery drivers, so we often have to stand out on the corner to wave them in. It’s a steady pace of work without too much stress. We’ve got a routine down where we know exactly who is handling which part of the export process. It might not look like much from the outside, but we keep things moving and make sure the paperwork is filed correctly. It’s just a group of regular people doing their jobs in a quiet corner of the city.
