G.K.Motor Store

Our store is in Mayapuri Industrial Area at C-225/58A. G.K.Motor Store is basically a warehouse for all kinds of engine parts and spare bits. Mayapuri is a rough place with lots of metal clanging and trucks everywhere. Our shop reflects that. It’s full of heavy shelves and the smell of oil. We spend most of our time looking up part numbers or digging through crates to find the right gear for a customer. It’s not a place for clean clothes. Most of the time, we’re covered in some kind of smudge from handling the iron parts. We’ve been in this industrial patch for a long time. We know the other shop owners around here, and we often trade parts if someone is short on stock. The floor is concrete and usually has some stains on it. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you want something, you just tell us and we go find it in the back. It gets very hot in the summer with all the metal around, but we have a couple of big fans that keep the air moving. People come here from all over the city because they know Mayapuri is the place for motor stuff. We just do our work, keep our inventory mostly straight, and head home when the industrial park starts to quiet down in the evening. There is always a lot of heavy lifting to do when the new shipments arrive.
