If you find yourself over in Basai Darapur, you might have seen our place. We are Gian P Mathur &Associates Pvt Ltd. The address is Wz-523/19, and it’s a typical Delhi street. It’s crowded and there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been here in New Delhi for a long time. Our office is tucked away and isn't the easiest to find if you aren't looking for it. Inside, it’s mostly just us working at our computers. We deal with a lot of technical stuff. It’s a lot of drawings and plans. Sometimes the office is a mess with papers everywhere but we know where everything is. We have a small team here. Everyone knows each other well. We eat lunch together most days. It’s not a high-pressure environment like those big firms downtown. We take our time to make sure we don't miss any details. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due. The 110015 area is home to us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. Clients come in, sit on the old sofa, and we talk about what they need. There is no script or fancy presentation. We just show them what we are doing. It’s practical. We don't spend money on big signs. The work we do speaks for itself mostly. We just keep our heads down and stay busy through the week.
