Gaurav Motors is over in the Ramesh Nagar Main Market at B-97. We deal with cars mostly. People bring their vehicles in when they hear a weird noise under the hood or when it's just time for a regular service. The shop has enough room for a couple of cars at a time if we park them carefully. It’s usually pretty busy and there is always some oil on the ground somewhere. We’ve got a small crew of guys who handle the heavy lifting and the dirty work. I spend a lot of time talking to customers about what’s actually wrong with their engines. It’s a lot of work but we’ve been here in Ramesh Nagar for a long time now. The market is always buzzing, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. We try to get the cars back to their owners as fast as we can because everyone needs their vehicle to get around these days. We don't have any fancy waiting room or a coffee machine. There is just a wooden bench outside and a tea stall just two doors down. We just focus on the machines and getting them running right. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on for us. Sometimes we get a really old car that’s a challenge to fix, but we usually figure it out eventually. That's just how we do things here in the market.
