Gaurav Hardware Paint Store

We have been sitting here at Shop No 935 for a long time now. Gali Telian is one of those places that stays crowded from morning until the sun goes down. Gaurav Hardware Paint Store is just a regular spot where people come when they need a specific hinge or a bucket of paint that doesn't cost a fortune. Tilak Bazar is always a bit chaotic, especially being right in Khari Baoli. If you look out from our front door, you see the Government School right there. You can hear the kids during their break time while we are mixing colors or looking for some specific nut or bolt someone asked for. It isn't a fancy place with air conditioning or glass doors. We just have shelves piled up with stuff and floors that usually have a bit of dust from the street. Most of the folks who stop by are locals or people working on nearby buildings. We spend a lot of our day just moving boxes around and talking to the regulars. Sometimes the traffic in the lane gets so bad that deliveries take forever to reach us, but that’s just how it is living and working in this part of town. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. People just know where we are because we’ve been at this address across from the school for years. It’s a simple life selling hardware and paint to whoever walks in.
