Garden Equipments Company

Being over here at 34 Lakeside in T. Dasarahalli is alright, mostly because we get a bit of a breeze off the water when the weather is decent. Garden Equipments Company has been sitting in this spot for years. The shop is full of mowers, shears, and all those bits of plastic and metal that people need to keep their lawns from looking like a jungle. It’s not a showroom where everything is shiny. Mostly, it’s just us fixing engines or helping someone find a specific bolt for a trimmer they bought a decade ago. We get a lot of locals coming through, usually on a Saturday morning when they realize their equipment won't start after sitting in the shed all winter. The floor has some oil stains, and the shelves are a bit crowded, but we know where everything is kept. If you’re looking for a big corporate experience, this isn't the place. We usually have a radio playing in the back and a couple of half-empty chai glasses sitting on the workbench. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we have to scramble to get things sorted, but we manage. People know us as the place by the lake where you can get your tools sorted without a lot of fuss. It’s a simple way to spend the day, and we like the neighborhood well enough to stay put. Even when the lake smells a bit off in the summer, we don't mind much.
