Gannon Dunkerley & Co. Ltd is located at Rz-C-70-71, Jeevan Park in Uttamnagar. Being in New Delhi means it is always busy and a bit loud around the office. We have a decent sized space here where we manage our engineering work. It is a bit of a maze with all the desks and equipment shoved in. Nobody here is really into fancy office decor. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy with project deadlines to worry about that. Our team is a mix of older guys who have been here forever and some newer faces. A lot of time is spent on the phone coordinating with site managers. The traffic in Uttamnagar can be a nightmare in the mornings. Most of us just bring our lunch and eat at our desks while talking about the current jobs. It’s a practical place for practical work. We’ve handled a lot of different construction tasks over the years from this spot. Nothing is ever perfect, and we deal with our fair share of delays and paperwork issues. That’s just the nature of the business in a big city. We keep things simple and just try to get through the to-do list every day. It’s a solid place to work and we know our way around the industry without making a big fuss about it.
