Our office is tucked away in the DDA Flats in Bindapur. If you are coming from Dwarka, it is not too far, but the roads in Pocket III can be a bit confusing if you aren't used to the layout. We are at C-175 in Block C. Freight Lines India has been operating out of this spot for some time now. We spend our days dealing with shipping schedules and paperwork for all kinds of goods. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and the desks, but we make it work. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain floods the main road. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just us working at our computers and talking to drivers. The area is quite busy with families and small shops all around us. Sometimes it gets loud outside, but you get used to it. We handle a lot of freight stuff, mostly domestic but some other bits too. It is a lot of back-and-forth emails and checking on where stuff is located. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most people who know us just come by or call because they’ve worked with us before. We try to be honest about timing because things rarely go exactly as planned in this business. It's just a normal day-to-day operation here in New Delhi. That is basically us in a nutshell, just a small team getting things done.
