We are based out of Rajouri Garden at Q-4. It’s a pretty lively neighborhood to be in. There is always something happening on the street, whether it’s people shopping or just passing through. Our space is tucked away and we’ve been here for a good while. The front door is usually open to let some air in unless it’s really dusty outside. Inside, you’ll find shelves filled with different items and boxes stacked up in the corners. We aren't big on interior design, so the walls are just plain and the flooring is basic. It works for what we do. The team is small, just a handful of us who have known each other for a long time. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what needs to be done and then everyone just gets to it. There’s a lot of manual work involved, checking stock and moving things around. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s completely silent for an hour. We prefer the busy days because time goes by faster. Parking around Rajouri Garden can be a nightmare, so most of us take public transport or park a few blocks away. It’s a bit of a walk, but it’s fine. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of this place. It’s honest work and we just try to keep things moving along steadily every day.
