Finestep Exim Private Limited

You can find us at B-102 on the first floor of Plot 8 in the Block G Community Centre here in New Delhi. It is a busy part of West Delhi, and our office at Finestep Exim Private Limited is right in the middle of all that activity. We have been here for a while, and the space is definitely lived-in, with stacks of documents on every desk and a printer that seems to have a mind of its own. Our work mostly consists of managing the logistics of international trade, which means a lot of time spent coordinating with various agents and making sure the customs forms are filled out correctly. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or big corporate meetings; we just sit at our desks and get on with what needs to be done. Sometimes we go out for a quick lunch at one of the local spots nearby, but mostly we are just here, making sure that everything is on track. It’s a lot of mundane stuff, like double-checking weights and measures or tracking a container that’s stuck at the border. We don't try to make it sound more exciting than it is because it’s just a regular job that requires a lot of attention to detail. We’ve built up a decent understanding of how the industry works through trial and error, and we just keep doing our thing every day without any fuss.
