We've been here in Janakpuri for quite a while now. Our office is at C 2/169, which is pretty close to Central School. Most people around here know us for helping out with basic money matters and tax filings. It’s not a big fancy operation, just a few of us sitting behind desks trying to make sense of all those forms and bank papers that people bring in. We ended up opening this place because neighbors kept asking for help with their personal bank books. It can get really confusing when the rules change every year. We handle a bit of everything, from small personal loans to helping a small shop owner get their accounts in order. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here, especially when it’s tax season. You’ll see us shuffling papers and drinking way too much tea. The address is easy to find if you know the area. We aren't trying to be some big corporate bank or anything like that. We just like solving the problems that walk through the door. If someone needs advice on saving or just needs help with a bank application, they stop by. It’s a lot of talking and looking at numbers on screens. We don’t have fancy coffee machines, just a water cooler and some chairs that have seen better days. It's just a regular local spot for anyone who needs a bit of help with their finances. We stay late most nights just to keep up with the paperwork.
