Our office is sitting right in the Milap Nagar area of Uttam Nagar, specifically at A-15, and it’s a pretty lively place to be every single day. At Februlo Trade Exim Private Limited, we focus on the basic tasks of buying and selling across borders, which involves way more paperwork than you might think when you first start out. We are a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking the packing lists in the back room. The neighborhood is always busy, and sometimes the local tea stall guy brings us snacks while we are working through a particularly long list of exports. We don’t have a polished corporate image or a big marketing budget, and we’re okay with that because we prefer to keep things simple and direct. Some days the internet is slow or the phones won't stop ringing, but we just take it one task at a time and try to stay organized. We’ve been in West Delhi for a good stretch of time now, and we’ve learned a lot about how the trade business actually works on the ground level. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes there are mistakes that we have to spend hours fixing, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with real-world shipping. We just want to get through the day knowing that all the orders are moving along like they should.
