Paschim Vihar is a busy residential and commercial mix, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now. The pin code is 110087. We don't have one of those fancy showrooms with marble floors. It’s a working office where we manage various housing projects. There is always a lot of paperwork on the desks and people coming in to talk about apartments or land. We try to keep things simple and honest. We know the area well and we understand what people in Delhi are looking for when it comes to a place to live. The traffic on the main roads can be a headache, but once you get inside our gate, it’s just a place of work. We have a small team here. We don't spend a lot of time on corporate speeches. We just look at the plans, talk to the contractors, and try to keep things moving. It is a very hands-on environment. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but that is just the nature of the housing business in a big city like Delhi. We just do our bit every day without any fancy marketing.
