Our place is in Kirti Nagar, in the W.H.S area at 1/69. If you know Delhi, you know this is where everyone comes for furniture. The smell of cut wood and polish is everywhere here. Our showroom isn't one of those places where you’re afraid to touch the sofas. We want people to sit down and see if they actually like the feel of the fabric. My family has been doing this for a while, and the workshop is just a short walk away. You can often hear the saws going in the background. We have a lot of catalogs, but most people just look at what we’ve got on the floor. It’s a bit of a maze inside with tables stacked near wardrobes and chairs tucked into corners. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and a few guys who help with the deliveries. Kirti Nagar is always crowded with trucks and people looking for deals, so it’s never quiet. Sometimes we get a custom order that takes a bit longer because the wood needs to dry right. We just take it day by day. If a hinge is loose or a drawer sticks, we fix it before it leaves the shop. It’s practical work for practical people.
