Ek Kadam Zindagi Ki Aur Foundation

We are based at House Number 1003, way down in Gali Number 19 of Shiv Nagar. Ek Kadam Zindagi Ki Aur Foundation is a name that sounds big, but we are really just a small group of folks working out of a home. Shiv Nagar is a lively place to be, and our street is no exception. There is always a lot of noise from the neighborhood, which we've grown to like. Our space is basically just a few rooms where we keep our supplies and records. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s more of a place where you can just sit down and talk. We started this because we wanted to take a step toward making things a bit better for people around here. It’s been a learning process for all of us. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting to order more pens or losing track of a file for a day, but we always figure it out. We don’t have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who show up every day. The front door is usually open if the weather is nice. We like being accessible to whoever passes by. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it works for us. We're just part of the fabric of Shiv Nagar now and we plan to stay that way.
