Operating out of Dwarka has its ups and downs, mostly because the traffic in New Delhi is always a bit of a headache. We are tucked away in a DDA flat over in Pocket-3 of Bindapur, address C-149. It’s not a huge space, but it works for what we do with polymers. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and coordinating with transporters who are trying to navigate these narrow streets. People come to us when they need specific polymer materials, and we do our best to find what they're looking for without making a big fuss about it. The office is usually a bit cluttered with samples and logbooks, but we know where everything is. It’s a small team here. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation with hundreds of floors. We just want to make sure the local guys get their supplies on time. Sometimes we stay late because a shipment got delayed on the way into Delhi, but that’s pretty normal in this line of work. Being in a residential-style block means we know our neighbors and they know us. It’s a practical way to run a business. We aren't big on fancy slogans or polished websites. We just focus on the polymers and getting the job done. If you know the area near the Bindapur flats, you’ve probably passed by us without even realizing it. We are just here doing the work and keeping the records straight for everyone involved.
