You’ll find us at B-308 Mohan Garden, which is a bit past Uttamnagar in New Delhi. It’s a crowded area, but it’s where we do our work. Durha Component Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a good while. New Delhi is always moving fast, and Mohan Garden is no exception. Our space is filled with components and parts that we supply. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s more of a functional office and storage area. Boxes are often stacked up near the door waiting for the courier. The traffic around Uttamnagar can be a real headache when we are trying to get things delivered. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones trying to track down drivers. Inside, it’s usually humming with the sound of the fan and people talking. We deal with a lot of different clients who need specific parts. Sometimes it’s hard to find exactly what someone wants, but we dig through the inventory until we do. We aren't some massive factory; we are a small team just keeping things running. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with orders to worry about that. It’s practical work. We know the local tea stall guy and the postman. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the orders are packed right and the items get to where they're going.
