Our office is located at Db-51 B in Hari Nagar. If you’ve been around this part of New Delhi, you know it can be a bit crowded. We handle courier and cargo stuff from this small spot. It's mostly just piles of boxes and envelopes waiting to be sorted or picked up. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get things ready for delivery. People stop by all day to drop things off or ask where their package is. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer acts up, which makes things take a bit longer than they should. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just take parcels and send them out. It’s a lot of scanning and labeling. Some of the boxes are heavy, so there’s a bit of heavy lifting involved. The team here is just a few local guys who know the streets well. We don’t really do anything special, just the usual courier work. When the trucks come to load up, the whole place gets a bit chaotic for an hour or so. Then it settles down and we start the whole process over again the next day. It’s just honest work. We’ve been in Hari Nagar for a while now, and most people around here know us as the local spot for shipping things. We just keep our heads down and work. It isn't always smooth, but we keep things moving along without much fuss.
