You can find us at BE-275 on the ground floor in Hari Nagar. We are right near the Swarg Ashram Mandir, which makes it easy for people to give directions. Our shop is number 2. Since it’s a homeopathic clinic, the shelves are mostly full of those little glass bottles and white pills. It’s a small space, but since it’s on the ground floor, people don’t have to climb any stairs, which is good for the older folks. Hari Nagar is a crowded place, and we are right in the thick of it. Sometimes you can hear the bells from the Mandir while we are working. It’s not a polished medical office; it’s more of a neighborhood shop where people stop by to talk about their coughs or aches. The lighting is just regular tube lights and we have a few chairs for waiting. Dr Laxmi sits at a small desk and listens to what people have to say. We don't use any corporate talk about our goals. We just give out the medicine and tell people how to take it. The floor is a bit worn from all the people walking in and out over the years. It feels like a real part of the community here near the Mandir. We open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait for the first person to show up. It’s a simple life. We don't need any fancy things to help our neighbors feel a little bit better.
