Dolphin Pet Clinic

Working with animals in Najafgarh is definitely an experience. We are Dolphin Pet Clinic, situated right opposite Suraj Cinema. You can usually hear us before you see us because there is almost always a dog barking or a cat making a fuss in the waiting area. It’s not a quiet job. We get a lot of locals bringing in their pets for shots or if they’ve eaten something they shouldn’t have. The space isn't huge, but we make it work for the animals we see. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when a big dog and a grumpy cat end up in the same room, but we manage the situation as it comes. We’ve got some basic equipment and the usual exam tables. Being across from the cinema means there is always traffic and noise outside, which the pets don't always like. Our floors see a lot of paws and occasionally some mud if it’s raining out. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy uniform; it’s mostly just the doctor and a helper getting things done. We spend our time cleaning up after the animals and talking to owners about how to feed their pets better. It’s honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. It’s just a place for people in Najafgarh to bring their animals when something is wrong. We don't use fancy terms, we just talk to the pet owners plainly.
