We've been based at Kg1/579 in Vikaspuri for quite some time now. It’s a busy part of New Delhi and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the crowds. Dolphin Freight Movers Pvt. Ltd. is just our small team working out of this office. Moving things is a messy business sometimes but we just get on with it. We handle a lot of different freight and it’s always a puzzle trying to fit everything right. My cousin helps me with the paperwork and we have a few guys who handle the heavy boxes. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. Mostly, we just answer the phone and try to help people move their stuff. The traffic around here can be a real pain, especially in the afternoons, so we try to get our trucks out early. The office is pretty simple with just a couple of desks and some old chairs. It gets really hot in the summer so we keep the fans going all day long. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant. We’re just local people doing a job. If you come by Vikaspuri, you’ll see our sign. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s hard work, but it pays the bills and we know a lot of the people around here. We just try to keep things simple and get the deliveries done on time.
