We've been at Plot No-3 in Tilak Nagar Industrial Area for a while now. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, and honestly, the noise of the industrial area just becomes part of the day. Dipl Infra Private Limited is basically just us working through projects, mostly infrastructure-related things that keep us out on sites quite a bit. The office here isn't anything fancy. It’s got desks, a lot of files, and a coffee machine that works when it wants to. We spend most of our mornings planning out where the crews need to go and checking on materials. New Delhi traffic can be a nightmare, so getting to the 110018 area can take some time depending on the hour. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy brochures. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw our boards at a site. It’s practical work. Sometimes things get messy with deadlines and permits, but that is just how this business goes. We try to keep things moving. Most of the guys here have been around for years, so we know how each other works without having to say much. It’s not a corporate vibe here at all. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone arguing with a vendor on the phone or looking over a blueprint that’s got tea stains on it. That’s just the reality of running a construction-type business in a place like Tilak Nagar.
