Dianalds New Era Care Foundation

Our foundation is based in West Delhi, at B 38 UGF Vishal Enclave. We are on the upper ground floor, so it is easy to find if you are walking through the area. We focus on care for people in what we call the 'New Era'. That sounds a bit fancy, but really it just means we are trying to help people deal with the modern problems they face. We are a small team, and we don't have any big corporate backing. Most of our days are spent talking to local residents who need some kind of support. Our office is a modest space. We have some desks and a couple of old chairs that have seen better days. We don't believe in spending money on expensive office furniture when we could use it for our programs. West Delhi is a fast-paced place, and we try to be a bit of a calm spot for people. We don’t have a big reception desk or a sign that lights up. We just have our name on a small plaque by the door. Some people walk right past us, and that is fine. We are here for the people who actually need us. It is not about being famous or big. It is about doing the work every day and making sure we are being helpful. We usually stay open until about six in the evening.
